Hi, I’m amanda
Here’s the thing, I genuinely enjoy starting new businesses. I just do. Years ago, I opened a new coffeeshop simply because one of my favorite employees was bored in her current position and wanted a new challenge. Plus, it was a really lovely opportunity. My brain likes to create and business creation is one of the ways that I scratch that itch. I have fortunate enough to start, develop and sell nine different businesses. But here’s the thing, my least favorite part is the development phase. When one persons favorite part is another persons least favorite part, there is an efficiency to be harvested. Think about it, every day that you spend figuring out which paperwork to send to which address and in which order is a $500 or $600 inspection that you were not able to book. Let’s fix that.
While I do not fit the bill of a professional, I am relentlessly effective. I have never worked for a large company or a corporation. I will not use the term “synergy” or “actionable insights”. I was raised by multiple generations of the self-employed and have spent the bulk of my life self-employed. I understand that in some instances this would be considered a liability, but for this purpose, it is an asset.
